    Dr. Ram Swaroop’s lab is working on chemical profiling and quality evaluation of the essential oils of Aromatic Plants. He is involved in the study of the essential oil composition of commercially important Aromatic Crops, underutilized aromatic plants in the wild, and chemotypes variants. He is also involved in the process development and standardizing of essential oil quality of economically important aromatic plants through assessing intraspecific, seasonal, ontogenic, endogenous, and storage variations. He has more than 17 years of research experience in the field of chemical characterization and quality assessment of the essential oils of Aromatic Plants.
