NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed Tender are hereby invited for Construction of Animal House “First Floor” at CIMAP Lucknow . from the Contractors of appropriate class from CPWD/state PWD ,Railways ,MES and Post&Telegraph Department and/or from those who have carried out similar work for CSIR,Govt. and semi –Govt.Organisations or Private reputed Organizations. Tenderers should have successfully completed at least three work amounting to 40% ( 15.21 Lakhs) or two works of 50% ( Rs19.00 Lakhs) or at least one work amounting to 80% ( Rs30.41Lakhs) value of estimated cost or above in single contract during the last five year. Tenders will be issued to only those contractors who show the satisfactory work completion certificates and proof of their registration under works contract sales tax of Govt.of U.P. .The Estimated cost is Rs 38.01 lakhs and earnest money is Rs76,100.00 (Rupees Seventy Six Thousand One Hundred only) . Tender documents shall be issued during office hours in the office of Administration Officer CENTRAL INSTITUTE OF MEDICINAL AND AROMATIC PLANTS ,Post office CIMAP, Lucknow-226015 from 22-02-2010 to 04- 3- 2010 on cash payment of Rs500.00 (Rupees five hundred only ).The cost of tender papers is not refundable . Tender will be issued to only those Contractors who show the proof of their experience. Tender shall be received in the office of Controller of Administration, CIMAP, Lucknow-226015 up to 2.30 P.M. on 08-3-2010 and will be opened at 3.30 PM on the same day in the presence of the tenderers present.
